Book a Consultation

Sit down with a trainer to discuss your goals, schedule, fitness history, and any injuries or health concerns we need to consider.

Choose Your Track

We offer several membership options, but most people go with one of the 3-month plans. That’s how long it takes to start seeing real results and build lasting habits.

Follow the plan

You’ll get access to our Trainerize app, where your workouts and meal guidance are laid out step by step. Your trainer and the whole community will be here to help you every step of the way. 


We’re confident that this program works. If you follow the plan for 90 days and don’t feel noticeably fitter, we’ll credit your whole investment back to your membership.

What to expect

  • Weeks 1-4: You notice that life gets easier
  • It’s the small things. You can go down the stairs, get up off the floor, and go about your daily life with less resistance. The small aches and pains go away, and you just generally feel better.
  • Weeks 4-8: The transformation begins
  • Your clothes fit differently and your weight starts to change. More importantly, you start to notice permanent changes to your habits and mindset.
  • Weeks 8-12: Serious physical changes
  • This is where you start to see more significant weight changes and strength gains, along with health being locked in as a habit that you look forward to.

After your initial consultation you will be given access to our Trainerize app where you will have access to your training plan and nutrition guidance. Your plan will be created and start the following Monday, and you will have access for the duration of your Fast Track membership.


Your monthly trainer check in will be a 30 minute meeting either in person or by phone or Zoom, where we will review your progress, make adjustments to your plan, give you advice, and answer any questions that you have


When you sign up you can choose to do either one 60 minute session per week or two 30 minute sessions per week. This will be put together on your initial consultation.


Whether you signed up for the Fast Track membership with training or not, you can buy more training sessions at any time with a 10% discount.


Yes. If you are a current member and would like to upgrade your membership, click the link below to schedule a consultation with us.


If you are not a current member you will also pay a $5 deposit for your key fob, which will be returned to you if you bring back your key fob at the end of your membership at Train Yard. If you choose to downgrade your membership after the initial Fast Track sign up you will keep your fob until you cancel your membership.


Premium members will receive unlimited, free fitness classes, a 10% discount on personal training, and other discounts with our affiliates. Currently 20% off of custom nutrition planning with Sara, and 10% off at Clean Eatz in Camp Hill.
