Fast Track is designed for adults who want structure, coaching, and accountability, especially if they’ve tried on their own before and struggled to stay consistent. If you’re ready to stop guessing and follow a plan, it’s a good fit.
No. The self-assessment is free and gives you clarity on what’s been holding you back. If you want help turning that into a plan, you can book a Strategy Session, and from there decide if Fast Track makes sense for you.
After your initial consultation you will be given access to our Trainerize app where you will have access to your training plan and nutrition guidance. Your plan will be created and start the following Monday, and you will have access for the duration of your Fast Track membership.
Your weekly personal training session doubles as your check-in. You’ll train with your coach, review progress, make adjustments, and talk through anything that’s coming up, all in one session.
When you sign up you can choose to do either one 60 minute session per week or two 30 minute sessions per week. This will be put together on your initial consultation.
The program comes with 12 hours, but if you decide you want additional training sessions, you can add them at any time with the Fast Track 10% discount.

A basic membership gives you 24/7 access to the gym.
