Most clients invest between $25-$90 per week on improving their health depending on how often and how long they’re training every week. During your free consultation we’ll discuss the pricing based on your recommended training plan so you know what to expect before you commit to anything.
We do not lock you in to any long term contracts. PT is purchased in packs of 5 or 10 sessions so your commitment is only until that pack is up. However, it is highly recommended that when you start you commit to at least 1 hour per week for at least 8 weeks. This is what is required for most people to start seeing the changes that they want to see, and make fitness a habit.
Most clients start with 1-3 sessions per week, depending on goals, schedule, and budget. We will talk through what makes the most sense for you during your consultation.
No. Getting you in shape is our job. We work with complete beginners, people coming back from long breaks, recovering from injuries, and people who have been training for years but just want to hit that next level.
We will ask about it during your consult and design your plan around it. Our trainers regularly work around knee, back, and shoulder issues so you can train safely and still make progress. If necessary, we‘ll coordinate and work around medical recommendations.
