No. Getting you in shape is our job. We work with complete beginners, people coming back from long breaks, and members who have been training for years.
Most clients start with one to three sessions per week, depending on goals, schedule, and budget. We will talk through what makes the most sense for you during your consultation.
If you plan to come in here on your own between sessions you will need a membership. We can go over options during your free consultation.
We will ask about it during your consult and design your plan around it. Our trainers regularly work around knee, back, and shoulder issues so you can train safely and still make progress. We do need to make sure that you are cleared by a doctor for training.
