When the whole house is on board, healthy habits stick—and everyone wins.

Here’s how it works:

• First member: $28/month + $49 one-time startup fee
• Second member: $23/month (no startup fee)
• Third member: $15/month
• Each additional: $10/month

All payments must come from the same card or account, but you don’t need to be related—just ready to get healthier together.

Key fobs are $5 each (refundable when returned). Kids under 16 must be accompanied and don’t need a fob.
