About the challenge

Dates

This challenge will run from April 11th - June 6th. Registration ends 4/18.

Goals

Goals must be :

  1. Specific
  2. Measurable
  3. Trackable
  4. PROVABLE 


Good Goal Examples:

  1. I will lose 15 LBs.
  2. I will increase my bench press to 225.
  3. I will walk a mile every day.


Bad Goal Examples

  1. I will lose weight.
  2. I will get stronger
